We’re looking for instructors!

Requirements

• Prior pottery wheel teaching experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to demonstrate to a beginner how to use the pottery wheel to throw a cylinder

• Ability to adapt class demonstrations based on student input

Availability

• Classes (8-weeks)
  Tuesday 10-12:30pm
  Tuesday 6:30-8:30pm
  Wednesday 6:30-8:30pm
  Thursday 6:30-8:30pm

• Workshops (one-time)
  Friday 6-8:30pm
  Saturday 10-12:30pm
  Saturday 3:00-5:30pm
  Sunday 10-12:30pm

Pay and Perks

• $30-45 per hour depending on experience

• 50% off Standard Membership (includes 1 bag/25 pounds of clay and dedicated 24” x 24” shelf)

We’re looking for part-time studio techs!

Requirements

• Can commit to working at least two 8-hour days (10-6pm)

• Some pottery experience and knowledge

• Ability to lift 50 pounds of clay

• Typical tasks: mixing glazes, loading kilns, recycling clay, cleaning tools, mopping, other studio tasks

• Availability on any of these days:
  Tuesdays 10am-6pm
  Wednesdays 10am-6pm
  Thursdays 10am-6pm
  Fridays 10am-6pm
  Saturdays 10am-6pm
  Sundays 10am-6pm

Pay and Perks

• $18-25 per hour based on experience

• 4 hour commitment per week, ~3 hours of tasks and 1 hour to work on your own things!

• Free standard membership (1 bag/25 pounds of clay per month, dedicated 24” x 24” shelf)
